Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account with 777colors. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any winnings or bonuses associated with those accounts will be voided. The Operator uses advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, device fingerprints, and IP addresses.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or account verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777colors account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, you must notify 777colors customer support immediately.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
777colors accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfer from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made through third-party payment processors are subject to the terms and conditions of those processors.
All deposits are final and non-refundable. Once funds have been credited to your 777colors account, they cannot be reversed or refunded except in cases of technical error or as required by law. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact customer support immediately.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not in your name, or anonymous payment methods are prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
To request a withdrawal from your 777colors account, you must have completed the account verification process, including submission of valid government-issued identification and proof of address. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, 777colors may require you to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot of e-wallet account). Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days will result in account suspension.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 2 hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take 24-48 hours depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience delays. The Operator reserves the right to delay withdrawals for up to 72 hours for additional security checks or verification.
Standard withdrawal limits are ₱50,000 per transaction and ₱200,000 per week. Higher limits may be available for VIP players. Withdrawals exceeding these limits may be processed in multiple installments. The Operator reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal limits or restrictions based on account activity, payment method, or regulatory requirements.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. If the original deposit method is no longer available or cannot be used for withdrawals, you may be required to provide alternative payment method details and complete additional verification.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 777colors are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are provided at the time the bonus is offered and must be accepted before the bonus is credited to your account.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or not at all.
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or any other activity deemed by the Operator to constitute abuse of promotional offers. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their accounts may be closed.
All games offered on the 777colors platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNGs are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing agencies to verify compliance with industry standards. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, all affected bets and payouts are void. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly, but is not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions. If a malfunction results in an incorrect payout, the Operator reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly.
The Operator reserves the right to investigate any gameplay that appears irregular, including but not limited to: unusually large bets, patterns of betting that suggest collusion or exploitation of game features, or any other activity that suggests an attempt to gain an unfair advantage. Accounts under investigation may be temporarily suspended, and any winnings may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.

All players have access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools can be accessed from your account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 777colors platform without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 777colors and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. The Operator's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made to your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 777colors platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and the Operator. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.
The Operator reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for account closure may include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or any other activity deemed harmful to the Operator or other players. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to the Operator, unless the closure is due to fraudulent activity or violation of terms, in which case funds may be forfeited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using the 777colors platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
